Role:Business System Analyst - AML
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Duration: 6 Months
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business System Analyst with a strong background in AML, vendor app integration, and WLM upgrade experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing system requirements by liaising between various stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage system requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant management experience specifically with portfolio management and financial management.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience in Agile methodology and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• AML experience, name screening, ETL rules, and working on data mapping documents.
• Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
• Advanced to Expert knowledge of system analysis process and techniques.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate Degree.
• Experience with name screening applications like Nice Actimize and Watchlist management.
• Advanced understanding of business support systems and applications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assess current capabilities and understand high-level business requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and other Technology professionals to determine feasible solutions.
• Manage integration data mapping and understand data flows from source to target systems.
• Work independently as the senior or lead system analyst and mentor team members.
