Required Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge in banking domain
Experience in deposit domain is a plus
Ability to work with business users for elicitation and documentation of requirements
Determine business objectives by studying business functions and evaluating business requirements
Write detailed requirement specifications for technology and conduct peer reviews and walkthroughs

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in core banking services
Experience in web-based systems and handling integration of a vendor product into the organization
Understanding of current and proposed architecture and enhancements
Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies and different artifacts of requirements management
Proficiency with spreadsheets and SQL for analysis
