Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in information technology and business systems analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving successful project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 8+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills
• Experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, and facilitation of product backlog grooming sessions
• Proficiency in creating SRS and design documents using UML diagrams
• Ability to prioritize requirements and change requests
• Experience working closely with tech stakeholders and product owners
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and other BSA tools

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in risk identification and mitigation planning
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices
• Experience collaborating with vendors and other stakeholders

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology partners to deliver business solutions
• Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Participate in agile cross-functional team activities
• Work with project teams to address business requirements and change requests
