Responsibilities

Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, shaves, and styling. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards. Keep up-to-date with current grooming trends, techniques, and products. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Manage client appointments and walk-ins efficiently. Promote and upsell grooming products and additional services.

Requirements

Proven experience as a barber, with a strong portfolio of work. Excellent skills in cutting, fading, shaving, and beard grooming. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and friendly personality. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
