Job Title: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM Developer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.06.3) and a deep understanding of Full Stack Java development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web applications that enhance our content management and search capabilities. You will work closely with front-end and back-end teams to create scalable, high-performance solutions for digital experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.06.3).
• Strong experience with Content Management and Search functionalities.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and Spring Boot architecture.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Full Stack Java development, including front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience with AEM development tools (CRXDE Lite, Sightly/HTL, Sling, JCR, OSGi).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and modern software development practices.
• Knowledge of search integration tools (e.g., Apache, Elasticsearch) is a plus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient AEM-based web applications.
• Develop custom components, templates, workflows, and services within the AEM 6.x framework.
• Integrate AEM with RESTful APIs and back-end services built in Spring Boot and Java/J2EE.
• Implement full stack solutions including JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks.
• Optimize site structure, metadata, and content for search engine indexing and performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and other developers to translate business needs into functional applications.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and performance tuning efforts.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Content Management Systems, Search Technologies, and Java-based frameworks.
