We are seeking a dedicated Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accessibility testing and a strong understanding of WCAG Guidelines. You will be responsible for recording problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans, documenting defects using the project's defect management tools, and collaborating with the application team to resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile Way of Working
- Proficiency in Quality Centre (Mercury)
- Accessibility and Assistive Technology experience
- Analytical thinking and functional testing skills
- Experience with ALM and JIRA
- Experience with NVSA and Voice over - Accessibility Testing
- Experience with devo's
- Record and manage project-related problems and issues
- Document defects using project management tools
- Collaborate with the application team to resolve testing issues
