Job Title: Full-Time Packaging Assistant

Location: 70 Mile House, BC

Compensation: $17.85-$22/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full time (40h/week); 4 days on, 3 days off, 10 hour work shift, 8:00am-7:00pm

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented

Packaging Assistant

to support our growing production team. This is a

full time, on-site role

No cannabis experience is necessary -- training will be provided. We're looking for individuals who take pride in precision, cleanliness, and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately package finished goods according to product specifications and quality standards Apply excise stamps, labels, and batch-specific information correctly Assist with operating packaging equipment (training provided) Complete required documentation and QA checklists for each shift Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area Follow all Health Canada compliance, safety, and sanitation protocols

Requirements

APPLICANTS MUST BE LOCAL AND CURRENTLY RESIDING WITHIN 1 HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE FROM FACILITY.

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING LMIA OR FOREIGN WORKER APPLICATIONS.

A MINIMUM OF 6 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE WITHIN CANADA IS REQUIRED.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude Previous production or packaging experience is an asset, but not required

Pre roll Machine Operator

to support our growing production team. This is a

full-time, on-site role

No cannabis experience is necessary -- training will be provided. We're looking for individuals who take pride in precision, cleanliness, and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily setup, calibration, and operation of the pre-roll machine. Ensure consistency in production quality and throughput, resolving minor technical issues independently. Coordinate with team members on batch staging, pre-roll packaging, and labeling. Work closely with the Master Grower, Facility Admin, and QA to ensure pre-roll and facility operations meet production schedules and compliance standards. Maintain logs and perform cleaning/sanitization procedures in accordance with SOPs.
