We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in Salesforce and related technologies to join our team for a 6-month project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations across various clouds and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered):

• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
• Knowledge of development tools and processes for formulating use cases and designing project requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Agile, Safe, DevOps, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required):

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate client requirements into a compelling vision and roadmap.
