Job Description
Mainroad Alberta Contracting LP is seeking a motivated team member to join our highway maintenance crew in Innisfail. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their skills and contribute to public safety and infrastructure reliability.
What you bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent Class 5 Driver's License (Class 3 with air brake endorsement preferred) 3 years of related experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible hours and in all weather conditions

This role involves a range of job duties, which include, but are not limited to:
Highway patrolling, traffic control, and emergency response Surface, shoulder, and drainage maintenance Right-of-way upkeep, roadside turnout maintenance, and garbage pickup Bridge washing, roadside barrier repairs, pavement marking Sign installation and repairs Incident response and reporting Vehicle maintenance and equipment checks Fence repair, litter pickup, grass cutting, shrub/tree maintenance Embankment repair and public safety support during accidents
