experienced high-ticket closer

who knows how to guide emotionally driven Zoom sales calls and help motivated prospects make life-changing decisions.

remote, commission-based role

The Role

Run 45-60 minute Zoom calls with painting business owners exploring our coaching programs Use proven sales frameworks to identify pain, amplify urgency, and enroll qualified prospects Guide emotional, confident decisions--without pressure tactics or manipulation Maintain a high close rate, strong show rate, and clean pipeline Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to improve lead quality and client fit Track and report on KPIs daily (show-up, close %, pipeline health, etc.)

You're the Right Fit If You...

Have

2+ years of experience closing high-ticket offers

($5k-$30k) on Zoom or phone Know how to balance empathy, authority, and urgency to move people to action Are internally driven--competitive, coachable, and hungry to win Can manage your time and pipeline without needing hand-holding Want to sell something you believe in, not another webinar funnel Bonus: You have experience in coaching, consulting, or home services industries
