What You'll Be Doing

This is a high-ticket "closer" position. Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with painting business owners who are interested in growing their companies Run consultative discovery conversations to understand pain points, goals, and fit for our programs Present and close clients into our proven coaching frameworks Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM activity with discipline Collaborate with our coaching, marketing, and leadership teams to constantly improve the sales process
You're a Great Fit If You...

Have 2-5+ years of sales experience (phone/Zoom-based preferred) Are passionate about helping people grow their businesses and lives Are coachable, hungry to learn, and not afraid to pick up the phone Are confident running structured, emotionally intelligent sales calls Are process-driven and organized with your pipeline Bonus: You have experience in coaching, trades, or B2SMB sales
