Purpose
To generate revenue through face-to-face sales by educating homeowners, providing tailored recommendations, and guiding them toward smart fortification and security solutions that protect their families and properties.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Appointments
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, including full
Home Defence Audits
, tailored recommendations, and pricing presentations.
Present product options clearly and confidently, ensuring customers understand the value of each solution.
Closing & Upgrading
Professionally handle objections and close sales in a consultative manner.
Recommend additional fortifications where appropriate to enhance customer protection and increase overall sale value.
Lead Management & Follow-Up
Follow up promptly with all assigned leads via phone, text, or email to confirm appointments and move prospects toward a decision.
Maintain consistent communication with leads to maximize conversion and trust.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Enter detailed notes and update deals in the CRM after every appointment to track activity and progress.
Participate in weekly pipeline reviews with the Sales Manager.
Customer Experience & Trust Building
Arrive on time, present yourself professionally, and build confidence through clear and honest communication.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners identify vulnerabilities and understand the benefits of Canada First's fortification solutions.
Compliance & Feedback
Follow the approved sales process and company script for consistency and quality assurance.
Maintain sales kits, marketing materials, and demo items for all appointments.
Provide valuable feedback to the Sales Manager on market response and customer insights.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience:
1+ years of in-person sales experience (home services, construction, or security sales preferred)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience with door-to-door or appointment-based sales is a strong asset
Skills & Attributes
