Emerald Valley Academy is a private high school located in Toronto, Canada, offering high-quality Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) courses. We are currently seeking exceptional and qualified candidates to join our team for the following subject areas:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons to both synchronous (live online) and asynchronous (independent online) students. Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with the Ontario curriculum and Growing Successassessment principles. Provide timely feedback and evaluation of student work. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and achievement. Communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and academic coordinators. Cooperate with school leadership in preparing for annual inspections by the Ontario Ministry of Education, regardless of synchronous teaching involvement. Demonstrate enthusiasm, adaptability, and professionalism in teaching.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

A proven ability to engage and inspire learners in an online environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of Ontario's secondary school curriculum. Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) designation is

required

. Experience teaching international students is highly desirable. Familiarity with digital tools and remote learning platforms.
