AP Spanish Teacher

to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Spanish language and literature, with proven experience preparing students for success in the

AP Spanish Language and Culture Exam

.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging AP Spanish lessons aligned with College Board standards. Develop a curriculum that emphasizes language proficiency, cultural knowledge, and exam readiness. Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and practice AP exams. Provide individualized support and feedback to students. Foster a positive, inclusive, and academically rigorous classroom environment. Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in professional development when required.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred). Valid teaching certification/licensure (where applicable). Demonstrated experience teaching Spanish at the high school level; AP experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Commitment to student success and academic excellence.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with AP Classroom and College Board resources. Experience working with diverse student populations. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
