Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assisting with various production and warehouse tasks, supporting skilled trades, and ensuring smooth operations within the facility. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, physically capable, and possesses basic mechanical skills to contribute effectively to our dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with the assembly, disassembly, and movement of products and materials using hand tools and power tools Support mechanical tasks such as equipment maintenance and minor repairs Help with loading and unloading materials in the warehouse or production areas Maintain a clean and organized work environment to adhere to safety standards Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during daily operations Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently

Experience

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is a plus Previous assembly or use of hand tools in a manufacturing setting is beneficial Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 44 per week

Work Location: In person
