AcuTruss Industries is a leading manufacturer of engineered building components; including wood floor, roof trusses as well as engineered wall panels. AcuTruss is currently looking for motivated individuals to work as part of our team at our Lake Country (Winfield) facility.

Specifically, we are looking to train operators for our upcoming evening shift. We will train you during your first 3 months of probation during the day shift (Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm) and then transition your hours to the evening shift (Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am). Upon transition to the evening hours there will be a shift premium of $2/hr plus a graduated production incentive pay structure up to $10 per hr.

Positions needed: Material handler, General labor, Millwrights/Apprentices, QA Tech

Production Laborers are responsible for:

Run production machinery Cleaning up and setting up machinery Use of small hand tools Lock out procedures required
What We're Looking For:

At least one (2) years of production or manufacturing experience is preferred Attention to detail Safety orientated Strong work ethic Positive attitude Reliable attendance Able to lift 50 lbs Able to read a measuring tape in metric and imperial Forklift operation

Pay: From $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
