Repair of high-end printers and multi-function devices
Hardware repair and software restoration at server component level * Network device replacement/configuration

Qualifications:
Requires experience in the field or related field; familiar with a variety of domain concepts, practices and procedures
Able to perform call handling in a real-time reporting environment * Able to work independently and with limited supervision
Excellent verbal and written skills
Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Certifications:
CompTIA A+
