Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Baker to join our team at Simply Bread in . In this role, you will contribute to our mission of providing delicious bakery products to our community, ensuring quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of bread and baked goods following established recipes and standards. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Assist with food preparation and packaging to meet daily production goals. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and baking areas. Support team members in delivering excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in baking or food preparation, preferably in a bakery or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Food handling certification is a plus. Passion for baking and commitment to quality.
