Job Requirements of HEC Career Fair - February 5th 2025:
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Passion for customer service and interest in the retail/consumer packaged goods industry
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends and light travel
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

You will be required to submit a Driver's Abstract - we do offer mileage coverage * Pursuing or have recently graduated from a post secondary program

• An openness to learn and seek new challenges
• Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Post-secondary degree from either a University or College preferred
• 1-3 years previous merchandising, retail/grocery or customer service experience is preferred
• A flexible working schedule

WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our retail customers to maximize the presence of our brands in your territory. You will be responsible for in-store execution of merchandising and promotions & sales.

• Gain hands-on experience in Sales & Marketing - grow your understanding of retailer & consumer behaviour
• Increase sales of our products through merchandising and couponing within your territory
• Maintain and grow our shelf distribution and ensure correct in-store pricing
• Continuously maximize our in-store displays and product visibility
• Educate consumers and our retail customers about our brands and promotions
• Provide insights on consumer and customer response to drive business performance
• Tap into your creativity - you have the ability to impact sales through creative merchandising and cross-merchandising ideas
• Be in the drivers seat - literally and figuratively! Build your own schedule and take charge of your territory
• Foster connections and collaborate - work alongside other great colleagues to be the go-to for customers and an ambassador for our brands to consumers
• Drive our business forward - YOU impact the success of our organization as we continue to evolve
