We are looking for someone to learn our parts business and fill the role of
Parts Administrator
. This person will work with and support our parts team. Reporting to the Parts Manager the duties include:
Answer Phones - direct calls as needed. Assist customers with questions.
Email Requests - reply to emails as needed.
Balance Cashiers Report and reconcile the VISA statement - first thing in the morning.
Email Invoices - email customer invoices each morning.
Post Inventory and help in inventory management.
File invoices for vendors, suppliers, cores and customers.
Help shipper and receiver as required.
MSDS - maintain the online MSDS system for the dealership.
The applicate must be very team oriented. We all work together and help each other out through the day. A knowledge of computer systems is essential. If you like a fast paced environment with new challenges, please apply.
