Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Construction - Site Safety Supervisor to oversee and manage our construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in Microsoft suite of software.

Duties

Supervise daily safety operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, client and Paragon Protective Coatings Safety Management Systems. Monitor project safety and report on status to upper management, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Maintain accurate safety records on site and communicate this information with home office and site safety teams. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project safety requirements. Collaborate with home office safety manager.

Experience

Proven experience in a safety supervisory role within the construction industry is essential. Experience working with Industrial Blasting and Coating operations preferred. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders.
