Available Positions 2025-2026:
Snow Plow Operators
- operating JCB 416, JCB 417, JCB 409Salt Truck Drivers
- operating Kenworth T370's and Ford 550 with Swenson SaltersIn-Field Shovel Supervisors
- overseeing shovel crewsMPS has an in-house mechanic team to ensure well-serviced equipment
Seasonal industries and positions that have worked well in the past with MPS' contracts include machine operators, heavy equipment operators, construction, paving, landscaping, roofing and general labourers.
Snow removal is a seasonal, on-call position that requires 24/7 availability, whenever the snow is falling, or conditions become icy. Winter positions can lead to opportunities for year-round work at MPS.
