Job Description

Caisson Consultant Inc. is a foundation drilling equipment supplier specializing in new and used piling, anchor, tieback, compressors and limited access machines. We offer technical support, rentals, sales, RPOs, tooling, wear parts, and more.

We are looking for somebody who is GREAT at:

Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers'

needs and identifying sales opportunities

. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

Market products

through various resources such as updating company company website, email lists and social media.

Compensation: Annual salary plus commissions plus benefits.

Sales Representative Responsibilities @ Caisson Consultant Inc.:



Serves customers by selling & renting products & services suiting their needs.

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing effective daily work schedules.

Adjusts content of sales, rental & service presentations to suit jobsite applications.

Informs management by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

Recommends improvements in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems & developing solutions.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops & establishing personal networks.

Provides historical records by maintaining data on territory and customer sales.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

This is a full-time permanent position, generally working from 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. In addition to competitive compensation based on your experience, you'll receive benefits after 3 months, paid vacation, and a cell phone and laptop. There will be travel involved in this role to meet clients, project site supervision and industry trade shows.

Qualifications:



2-5 years' experience in a construction-related industry (preferably in equipment rentals and sales, but you could also have experience in estimating, inside sales or customer service roles for construction or other equipment,

Proficiency with common industry software (MS Word/Excel, order processing software, etc.)

Valid G-class driver's license supported by good driving record.

Physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds or more if/when required.
