Brandt is currently seeking a Heavy Equipment Parts & Service Advisor \xe2\x80\x93 Mining for Northern BC reporting to our Prince George location. This position is responsible for promoting and selling Brandt parts and service as well as providing after sales support to existing and new customers. Duties and responsibilities:
Work with the Product Support Sales Manager, Branch Managers and the Director of Sales-Mining to develop and execute a plan
After-sales and aftermarket parts and service strategy
Ensure all mining marketing plans and specials are implemented, including parts personnel awareness and participation
Identify market trends and changing customer needs
Provide competitive analysis for all product lines
Prepare technical and commercial presentations and proposals, and present to customers, Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing Departments
Prepare customer status reports, including activity, closing, follow-up, and prospects reports as required
Set realistic goals and action plans to drive sales of parts and service working directly with customers and assisting the sales teams
Work with the CSA Sales Department in building knowledge and understanding of the mining market
Support the sales team in making direct calls on key mining accounts
