We are looking for heavy equipment operators who have experience running Excavators, Rock Trucks, and Dozers. To become an excavator operator on our team, we are looking for accuracy, diligence, and a strong dedication to safety are necessary for this position

Excavator Operator Qualifications



Operate Excavators to perform various tasks, including digging trenches, loading trucks, and leveling terrain. In charge of installing various pipe sizes and types, such as storm, water, and sewer pipes. 2-3 or more years of running a Mainline Excavator Underground Utility and Earthworks construction experience are required.

Dozer operator Qualifications



Grading, leveling, and pushing materials to generate and maintain desired curves and slopes. Experience of 2-3 or more years of running a dozer. Strong understanding of dozer operation, grading techniques, and safety procedures.

Rock truck Operator Qualifications



Operate heavy-duty rock trucks to transport materials, debris, and equipment within construction sites, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and contributing to the timely completion of projects. Transport materials, including rocks, soil, and debris, to designated locations within the construction site, following specified routes and instructions. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials onto the rock truck using appropriate equipment and techniques.

Requirement for all jobs



Underground Utility and Earthworks construction experience are required. High attention to detail is required. Pay to be determined by skill and experience. Ensure compliance with all Company policies, OH & S Legislation, and WCB reporting procedures. Understand and maintain quality and production standards and work to achieve established production goals. Physically able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly as required in the construction environment. Must have your own transportation. Must have own steel-toes safety boots. Seasonal, full-time, and weekends
