Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
Heavy Equipment Operator
to join our landscaping and excavation team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of equipment, includingskid steers, excavators, stone saws, and chain saws
, as well as various power and hand tools.Responsibilities:
Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently for excavation, grading, and site preparation. Assist with landscape installations, including granite work, trenching, and material handling. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. Follow safety protocols and ensure job site cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications:
Experience operating
skid steers, excavators, stone saws, chain saws
, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of safety procedures and best practices. Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. A valid driver's license (DZ or AZ license is an asset). Contract length: 9 months
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
