Job Summary

We are seeking skilled (female or male) Equipment Operators to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of equipment, including but not limited to Kubota excavator with Engcon tilt-rotator and Kubota skid steer. This role is essential for the successful completion of earthworks and hardscape projects including retaining walls, interlocking pavers, excavators, demolition, trenching and grading. The Equipment Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. We work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Duties

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiency without breaking anything. Work smarter, not harder. Use your brain before your muscle or machine. Do exceptional work that your parents would be proud of. Don't be a slob. Keep the site clean and try to look professional. Work within your capabilities and know when to ask for help. Don't get hurt and make sure no one else does. Be nice and get along with everyone. Yes, everyone.

Qualifications

Positive attitude is an absolute requirement. Everything else is secondary. Proven experience with safe operation of heavy equipment in tight spaces. Experience installing retaining walls, pavers, grading, trenching and demolition. Operator hand and power tools (chainsaw, cutoff saw, tamper, jumping jack) Familiarity with Engcon tilt-rotator operation is preferred. Valid Class D or higher driving license is a plus. Solutions oriented problem solver with customer first mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Commitment to safety practices and procedures on job sites.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
