Who are we?

Chu Cho Industries LP. (CCI) is a resource and heavy construction company that works primarily within the forestry, mining, and transportation industries. CCI specializes in timber harvesting, transportation, resource road construction, road maintenance and operation of resource camps. CCI is based in Mackenzie BC and most works are completed within the Mackenzie TSA. CCI operates two industrial properties in Mackenzie which include an 1800 sq. ft. shop on a 5-acre lot and a modern 10,000 sq. ft. shop and office complex on a 10-acre lot. Administration, accounting, and management for CCI is based in Prince George BC.

Chu Cho Industries LP (CCI) is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Heavy Equipment Operators to work on building and reclaiming forestry service roads in extremely remote areas north of Mackenzie, BC. This position will work in remote areas in high risk terrains and conditions and therefore we are looking for candidates who have a high level of relevant experience.

Requirements:

Rotational and remote camp work. (rotation is dependent on the project and scope of work) 12-hour days (subject to change based on individual project and scope of work) Minimum of 5 years' experience building and maintaining forestry roads Punctual, committed to being on time for every shift Can safely and skillfully operate equipment Can follow instruction and work well with other employees, displays a "team player" attitude Must have a desire to show up for work consistently Valid BC Class 5 drivers license Able to work comfortably and maintain high levels of performance during 12-hour shift
