Placer mine located an hour from Dawson City. This is a camp position, which includes room and board. Applicants must be willing to work both day and night shifts. Shifts are 12 hours. Candidate should have experience in operating equipment such as, but not limited to: Rock truck, excavator, loader, dozer, and grader. Preference will be given to candidates with experience. Class 5 drivers licence or higher is required. Duties include: Daily maintence of equipment, operating equipment, performing yard work and assisting mechanics. Applicants must be in good physical shape, able to lift 75 pounds and able to work well with others in close quarters. They must be self motivated and have the the ability to create a clean and safe working environment.
