As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities for Healthcare Clinic Security Guard

Greet and welcome visitors, verify their identity, provide directions, and respond to inquiries in person or over the phone. Monitor and control entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals access the premises. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential safety or security risks and respond accordingly. Inspect security systems and equipment regularly and report any issues or maintenance requirements promptly. Respond to security incidents, administer first aid when required, and coordinate with emergency services as needed. Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports, and communicate any security concerns to appropriate personnel. Work collaboratively with a team of highly skilled security professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective security presence. Maintain a secure and safe environment for staff, visitors, and property at all times. Perform front desk responsibilities including visitor registration, issuing passes, handling deliveries, and maintaining a professional presence. Monitor CCTV systems, de-escalate conflicts or potentially volatile situations using tact and diplomacy, and carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Healthcare Clinic Security guard

+ Be authorized to work in Canada + Hold a valid Manitoba security license
+ Exceptional customer service skills
+ Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
+ Fluent in English, both written and orally
+ High school education or equivalent
+ Legally authorize to work in Canada
+ Ability to stand for long periods of time
+ Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
