Nutters Everyday Naturals is seeking a motivated and dynamic

Sales Associate

to join our team. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will promote Nutters' mission of health, happiness, and quality by sharing knowledge of vitamins, supplements, organic foods, and clean beauty solutions. Along with delivering excellent customer service, you will help keep our store well-stocked, organized, and welcoming. Your passion for wellness, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to both the success of our store and the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products to meet their needs. Develop and maintain knowledge of product features and benefits (training provided throughout the year). Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions. Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep shelves, displays, and the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing. Receive, unpack, and stock orders. Package bulk foods (nuts, chocolate, candies, etc.) while following food sanitation and hygiene standards. Lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods as required. Provide coverage at our Wetaskiwin location as needed.

Experience & Skills

Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required; training provided. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Highly flexible and available to work anytime during staffed hours (Monday-Friday and Saturday); may be scheduled up to 6 days per week.

Proactive problem-solving and commitment to customer service excellence.

Valid driver's license required.

Willingness to work at both our Leduc and Wetaskiwin locations may provide opportunities for additional hours and potential wage increases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
