Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityReporting to the Health Services Director, The Health Services Manager is responsible for the management, planning and coordination at the Aberdeen Regional Hospital site, including daily operations of people-centered programs within and external to the Northern Zone, NSHA. Responsibilities include process design and redesign initiatives related to improvement activities in the department. The Health Services Manager is also responsible for providing the leadership required to engage the interdisciplinary team to address key clinical practices and utilization management in the provision of quality care throughout the continuum. Knowledge of data information management systems is essential in reporting indicators and outcome measurements. Essential components of this position include a high degree of expertise in decision-making, creativity, interpersonal skills, professional development, and informational roles to perform a wide variety of technical, human, conceptual, leadership, and financial management functions and behaviors. This position also requires a high degree of initiative and change leadership ability.
