The Canadian Disc Institute and its associated services have been serving the Aurora and surrounding area since 1980 delivering high quality health and wellness care with a focus on disc specific care for people of all ages. While the majority of our patients seek our care for preventive and maintenance purposes, hundreds more from across Ontario and Canada seek our specialty services related to severe or complicated disc related conditions. Holistically, we value the roles of lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, personal education and overall wellbeing in the healing process.
In this position, you will coordinate the clinic operations that enable our care for people striving to regain, achieve, and maintain optimum health, naturally.
Every team member in our clinic plays a vital role in our patients' care! Some of your objectives will include:
Setting a positive tone for patients' experiences in the clinic
Coordinating weekly tasks necessary for quality patient care and education
Ensuring quality service to new and long-term patient
Engaging with patients to ensure their care is progressing as expected
As the Coordinator of Client Services for new, established and long-term patients, you will oversee:
Greeting patients and making them feel welcome while maintaining a professional demeanour
Scheduling of patients and collecting account balances
Managing patient care plans and ensuring they are on schedule
Case management timelines
Office inventory
Weekly data, accounting and reporting
General office system organization
Light office cleaning and tidying
Experience in the following areas will benefit your application:
Chiropractic office experience desired
Human relations / Customer service
Microsoft Office (advanced) and Adobe Illustrator
Social Media communications
Accounting / POS software
File and database management
Business certificate or skills
You must be good with people and be a self starter
Impeccable English language skills are a must

Weekly commitment: ~16 hours to start with more possible upon completion of training. Fixed hours run from Monday through Thursday currently in the early morning from 7am to 12pm. Additional and variable Friday and weekend hours are periodic, occurring with special events.
Experience with chiropractic care (as a patient, or as an employee in a chiropractic facility) is strongly recommended but not required. A proven interest in holistic health care and/or personal wellbeing will benefit your application.
