QualificationsEducation:Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (evidence required)Attributes:

• Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
• French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
• Valid driverxe2x80x99s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

Successful candidates who are offered a position will be required to provide:

• 2 supervisory references,
• Must be active on the Alberta HCA Directory
• A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of being negative for TB.
