Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Companion to provide exceptional support and companionship to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities and personal care. This vital role involves fostering a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment, ensuring residents or clients receive respectful, personalized care that promotes their independence and well-being. Duties

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when required. Administer medications Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, medication administration, and any incidents or changes in condition. Support residents or clients in engaging social activities, fostering mental stimulation, and encouraging independence. Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning living areas, laundry, and maintaining a hygienic environment to promote health and safety

Experience

Candidates should possess prior experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities--including developmental disabilities or memory impairments--is highly valued. Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are required; additional training in dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus. Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Must live close, commit to this shift and have a reliable car This shift is 7 days a week split shift morning and evening 24 hours a week. Morning care 10-12 and then evening care 4:30-5:30pm.Looking for someone who is close and drives.
