This job is:
SELF MANAGED CARE: Providing care to people with physical limitations.
Helping a 29-year old female quadriplegic with everyday activities. There are morning shifts and evening shifts available both are 1-3 hours.
Day shifts usually begin at 8-9am and last 2-3 hours. Activities include showering, stretches, light household duties, help dressing, and colostomy and supraprubic catheter care (minimal).
Evenings usually start at 6-7ish (can vary) and last 1-2 hours. Duties include preparing for bed, light household cleaning, and personal hygiene care.
I am looking at about 3 shifts per week and help with coverage (sick calls and vacation) thank you.
Experience is ideal, but not mandatory! Open to people who have never done something like this but want to try it out :)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
