Wellness Concierge & Operations Coordinator

to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering an

exceptional wellness experience

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone whose natural calling is to improve lives through

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

Create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for clients in person, online, and via phone or email.

Front Desk Operations:

Manage check-ins, membership coordination, appointment scheduling, and customer inquiries.

Supplement & Wellness Support:

Assist clients with supplement purchases and provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Facility Management:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym and recovery facility, assisting with inventory and supplies.

Health & Nutrition Support:

Help coordinate personalized nutrition programs and conduct research for wellness initiatives.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with staff to ensure seamless daily operations within the clinic.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong

customer service and communication

skills with a team-oriented mindset. Highly

organized, detail-oriented

, and able to multitask effectively. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Passionate about

health, fitness, and helping clients achieve their goals

. Familiarity with

supplements and holistic health practices

is an asset.

Preferred:

Certification or education in a health-related field (e.g.,

Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Nutrition degree, Precision Nutrition Level 1

) OR experience working in a

health food store

or clinical setting.

Experience Requirements

1-2 years

of experience in the

health and wellness industry

.

1-2 years

of experience in

customer service

.

1 year

of management or assistant management experience.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary:

Based on experience

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (

6 AM - 10 PM

) with occasional weekend shifts (

37-40 hours per week

)
