Job Description

You are responsible, alongside the Manager, for experience and culture within the studio. You must set the standard for class delivery and lead the team ensuring the in-studio experience is consistently 10/10. You are one of the main points of contact for members and staff for anything related to your studio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Best in class delivery of all sessions, adhering to our standards Working with the manager to set the standard across all trainers class delivery, ensuring a consistent 10/10 experience every time Drive a positive in-studio and team culture at all times - alongside your manager encourage your team to be aligned and engaged Working under the direction of the manager to ensure that the appearance of the studio (cleanliness / maintenance) is at a 10/10 Ensuring the customer experience supports the sales efforts through excellence Lead & portray the Company Values and processes within your studio Work with your manager to contribute towards sales goals

KEY ADMINISTRATION TASKS



Assist the manager with the Sales Process, including: connecting with leads and nurturing the new triallers Following the Touchdown process to sale (conversion) Assist the manager in lead generation ideas / activities; Outreach and local area marketing activities If required by the manager, assist with some areas of studio administration, which may include; responding to studio inbox enquiries, actioning suspensions / cancellations / new member sign ups - all in line with processes Organic Social Media content creation - ensuring your posting in line with guidelines /minimum requirements Attending Meetings as required / requested

EXPERIENCE FOCUS



? Working with the manager to ensure the team are delivery classes in line with our standards

? Participate in classes regularly, and if requested by the manager complete the Trainer Assessment form and provide constructive feedback to your team

? Assist in the facilitation of the team meetings, as requested by the manager. These meetings are intended to cover the below themes:

Team Alignment of vision for studio (Growth goals) Communication of special offers, specific event Up-skilling
? Challenge time - help maximize growth from the challenge in your studio

? As directed by the manager, manage Member Retention activities:

Low visit reports, retention calls, retention strategies/challenge accountability, keeping on top of milestones etc. Generating and distributing studio Monthly Newsletter
? Alongside the manager being responsible for ensuring the studio is always clean and tidy

? Ordering and maintaining stock levels - general stock, toiletries for members, antibacterial wipes / cleaning equipment

? Conduct regular reviews of equipment and arrange maintenance, replacements when

required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
