We are seeking a skilled and passionate pedicurist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a variety of aesthetic treatments. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests while promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality aesthetic treatments, including possible body waxing, Scandinavian head spa and pedicures.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing personalized recommendations.
Assist with retail sales by promoting products during treatments and conducting product demos.
Upsell services and products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best services possible.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Aesthetician /Pedicurist or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with guests and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to aesthetic treatments.
Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques.
