Summary

We are seeking a Head Server to join our dynamic team at Milano Global in Canada. This pivotal role contributes significantly to our mission by ensuring exceptional service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the serving staff to ensure high-quality service. Oversee the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Train new servers on menu items, service standards, and customer engagement. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Assist in menu planning and special event coordination. Uphold food safety standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with food preparation and handling is preferred. Barista experience is a plus but not required.
