The Surrey School District is seeking applicants that have both clerical and bookkeeping/finance/accounting experience to fill Head Secretary roles. In these roles, you may be assigned to work in any of our schools or District offices. Calls for work are put out through an automated dispatch system on the morning the jobs begin. Assignments vary in duration, subject to the needs of the District. As a condition of employment, administrative and clerical staff are required to be available full-time for a potential call to work Monday through Friday during the school year.
Please note there is no guarantee of work each day as work volume fluctuates throughout the year. Once you are hired you will have access to apply to full-time Head Secretary postings.
