This role will own the end-to-end vision and performance, bringing together operations, financial rigor, and go-to-market execution to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions in the home financing space.

Act as the GM of our "Home" Program owning full P&L accountability, strategic execution, and performance Build and manage Neo's mortgage product shelf -- developing offerings that align with customer needs and market opportunity Set pricing strategy and performance benchmarks for our mortgage business; define success metrics and build systems to monitor them Own the relationship with our insurance partners, driving growth of our referrals business while helping ensure that all Neo customers have the coverage they need to protect their home, whether they are owners and renters Work closely with our banking team to develop customer-centric journeys that help aspiring Neo homeowners achieve their dreams, and help existing homeowners maximize the productivity of their asset Identify, build, and execute against additional product and service partnerships that help Neo clients better manage their home needs Lead go-to-market planning and operational execution in collaboration with product, sales, and risk leaders Oversee sales-related functions including business development and underwriting to achieve target growth and profitability of Neo's mortgage business Partner cross-functionally to integrate home ownership into the broader Neo customer journey

Who we are looking for:

A strategic operator with a

strong generalist mindset

-- you're not a subject-matter expert, but a

business builder

who excels in P&L ownership, problem-solving, and execution Skilled at working cross-functionally and leaning on experts while maintaining accountability for results Experienced in setting pricing strategies, defining product portfolios, and building performance monitoring systems Comfortable navigating ambiguity, building from 01, and making bold decisions in dynamic environments Background in fintech, tech, consumer services, or fast-scaling companies preferred
