We're looking for

an experienced, strategic and hands-on

Head of People

/

People Operations Manager

to help shape and scale our people function.


You'll have full ownership of the inBeat People function, while partnering with and working alongside our global leadership team to drive & operationalise forward-thinking people experience lead initiatives across our growing business.

What you'll be doing



Own the People Management process

-- Defining Employer Value Propositions (EVP), Career plans and role levelling structures, as well as onboarding for top talent across creative, marketing, and operations.

Build and refine our people processes,

from developing attraction & hiring strategies (alongside the Head of Talent) to retention to performance frameworks (OKR's) ensuring our people scale as we grow.

Manage and build a world-class people operations team

, including systems, payroll, benefits, L&D, and global compliance, keeping things seamless for our globally distributed, remote first team.

Drive a Learning & Development Culture

, building best in class strategies and development frameworks to support our teams continuous learning, development and growth Partner with leadership on

headcount planning

, compensation strategies, and employee development. Optimise, develop & Iterate on best-in-class people processes to meet current business needs and future growth as we scale

What you'll need to be successful in the role



4+ years

of experience in

People Operations, L&D, People Leadership

, ideally in a global, high-growth, remote-first environment. A track record of hiring and supporting teams in

creative, marketing, or digital industries

.

Experience managing

HR systems, tools, and remote team processes.

+ A strategic mindset with a hands-on and autonomous approach to execution.

Strong organisational skills

: you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to prioritise accordingly.

High-Empathy and people centricity

: Genuine care for building a people first, high performance culture

Intrinsic motivation with a strong bias toward action
