YesChef is looking for an exceptional executor to join as our Head of Growth, responsible for leading and owning all company growth efforts, while working closely with the leadership team and developing the growth team. You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing all market opportunities, channels and challenges in order to further develop our near and long-term growth strategy.
• Allocating resources and defining areas of focus to execute the most impactful and broadest growth efforts.
• Analyzing data and metrics to optimize and measure the success of these growth efforts.
• Managing a broad range of projects, teams and initiatives.
• Hiring and managing your growth team.
• Leading all company growth efforts.

Our dream candidate is a data-driven expert who thoughtfully defines the projects before spearheading anything, and has experience working in early-stage startups and scaling their growth efforts, but not necessarily in a leadership role (this could be a great opportunity to take one on!). You should have a lot of experience with consumer-focused digital products, ideally in media, content, and subscription businesses. The US is our primary market, but we serve a global subscriber base. You will be working closely with the founders and leadership team to define goals and objectives, understand company values, mission and strategy and develop and lead the growth plan. The day-to-day work will include coordinating and managing the various growth activities, project management around conversion rate and funnel optimization, price testing, expanding subscriber reach, omni-channel testing and related initiatives, all while constantly developing and implementing new strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
