Job Description
We are currently looking to add a well-rounded enthusiastic marketing sales manager to join our team. Responsibilities Tasks
- Arrange training and manage team members in various departments.
- Conduct performance reviews and plans of action.
- Oversee sales reports and compile documentation for the accounting department.
- Plan and minimize budget and expenditures.
- Work with the marketing department to create effective campaigns such as e-mail marketing, webinar funnels, and other forms of mass social advertising/media.
- E-mail marketing, customer relations, and social media platform such as Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Tic Tok, & Twitter.
- Assist and organize links to drive customer sales and awareness.
- Work closely with our in-house graphics design team and online sales teams.
- French not required
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Commission pay
- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- How familiar are you with email marketing?
- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- sales funnels: 2 years (preferred)
- Email marketing: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- youtube: 1 year (required)
