Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and custodial services, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff on best practices in cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities.
Requirements
• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role within housekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in training staff is highly desirable.

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
