WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Teach high-impact classes that energize members of all fitness levels
Oversee program quality--keeping every class aligned with Fitness Connection's elite standards
Recruit, onboard & develop instructors who embody our brand and culture
Coach with purpose. Set clear performance goals and support instructors to grow in skill, energy, and member engagement
Bring the fire. Evolve and innovate class formats to keep things fresh, fun, and always challenging

Have real experience teaching and managing group fitness programs

Are organized, communicative, and coachable
Are based in (or can consistently work from) Richmond Hill
Are certified (NASM, CanFit Pro, ACE, etc.), CPR/First Aid ready
