Head Goalkeeper Coach

to oversee the training and development of goalkeepers across all age groups within our academy. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and experienced coach to shape the future of our goalkeeping program in a supportive, collaborative, and educational environment.

We pride ourselves on a culture of collaboration, where every coach has the opportunity to learn and grow. As the Head Goalkeeper Coach, you will work closely with our coaching staff to provide specialized training for our goalkeepers, ensuring their technical, tactical, and mental development.

The Role:

As the Head Goalkeeper Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing goalkeeper-specific training programs for all age groups within the academy. This role requires someone who is not only technically knowledgeable but also passionate about mentoring young players. You'll collaborate with the academy's coaching team to integrate goalkeepers into team training sessions, ensuring their development aligns with the overall academy philosophy.

Qualifications:

Experience coaching goalkeepers at a high level,

preferably in youth soccer. Strong understanding of

goalkeeper-specific techniques and tactics

. Ability to

create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate goalkeeper training sessions for players 6-16.

A collaborative approach to coaching, with a willingness to work closely with other coaches to ensure player development. Coaching certifications are a plus (include them in your application).
