Schedule, supervise and train kitchen staff
Cook and prepare food as needed
Ensure kitchen health and safety regulations are followed
Order and maintain food inventory
Develop and execute special events in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a Kitchen Management or Cook position required
Availability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
Current food handler's certificate or willing to obtain within 90 days of hiring
Ability to fulfill kitchen duties (standing, lift 50 pounds, bending)
Fluent in English
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $25.43 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
