Qualifications
5+ years of experience in F45 or functional training environments
Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Health & Fitness, or related field
Certified Personal Trainer with a proven track record of client success
CPR and AED certified
Skilled in pain-free movement assessments and corrective exercise (preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal abilities and a passion for team development
Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Member Experience
Lead and deliver high-energy, engaging F45 Port Credit classes while ensuring safety and proper form for all fitness levels
Conduct movement assessments and provide individualized coaching for pain-free progress
Track member performance, attendance, and engagement using Fit3D scans and attendance reports
Maintain an inclusive, motivating, and positive studio atmosphere
Ensure all pre-class prep, warmups, and member check-ins run smoothly
Celebrate member milestones, achievements, and birthdays
Plan and execute member challenges, community workouts, and social events
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the Port Credit coaching team to ensure excellence in delivery and member engagement
Conduct ongoing coach training, workshops, and one-on-one feedback sessions
Educate coaches on proper technique, progressions, and regressions
Monitor floor energy, communication, and adherence to F45 standards
Set expectations for class energy, coaching quality, and consistency
Onboard, train, and integrate new coaching staff
Lead monthly coach meetings to review upcoming training phases, celebrate wins, and identify growth opportunities
Studio Operations & Management
Oversee daily class execution to ensure sessions run on time and at the highest standard
Manage staff schedules, sub requests, and shift swaps
Step in to coach or support as needed to ensure seamless studio operations
Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and equipment safety
Conduct daily and weekly equipment inspections and coordinate repairs as needed
Ensure proper delivery of F45 programming and uphold coaching consistency
Support members with injuries or modifications
Oversee Fit3D scanner operation and reporting
Member Engagement & Business Growth
Drive member retention and growth through a strong community presence and exceptional service
Support sales efforts including trial follow-ups, membership conversions, and presentations
Track and analyze KPIs such as class fill rates, member retention, and trial conversions
Collaborate on marketing campaigns, challenges, and local community initiatives
Serve as a positive ambassador of F45 Port Credit both in-studio and in the community
Schedule & Expectations

20-25 hours of active coaching per week
Approximately
15 hours of administrative and leadership responsibilities

Participate in weekly and monthly management and team meetings
Maintain consistent availability during peak studio hours
